Regression Therapy is a therapeutic process that works with experiences below the level of conscious awareness in a way that is both safe and structured.
*Fully aware of this process Regression Therapy can help the client overcome and resolve issues, traumatic situations or conflicts that have been consciously or unconsciously distorting mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. The therapist must be prepared to guide the client to their current past times and past lives to guide the client to bring healing and greater understanding to the current life.
Past Life Regression is a therapeutic process that works below the level of consciousness and enables you to access, heal and resolve scenes and conflicts from a past life, which are often the root cause of unwanted thoughts, feelings, unexplained physical pains and patterns of behavior in your current life. Once explored, it is transformed so you can experience peace in an area of life that may have previously been difficult. Years of traditional therapy can be resolved in a handful of sessions.
For example, a pain that shows up in your body without injury or cause, a migraine, a problem in a foot may be telling a story from an old accident or wound. In a similar way, feelings of guilt, helplessness, or thoughts of "I am ashamed” “I always feel powerless" may be a result of a situation lived in a previous life that has created a pattern into this life.
It can also be supportive with issues you have in relationships. Once explored and cleared, you will experience a positive shift in your relationships in your current life.
In my experience, the therapeutic value of a Past Life Regression can and often does have a powerful and lasting influence on my clients. This can bring about a spiritual transformation and a higher perspective of understanding about your life.
How Does it Work?
Current Life Regression and Inner Child Regression occurs by going to the source of where an issue was created and healing it at source.
This can include releasing trapped emotions and trauma that can be held emotionally, mentally or in the tissues of the body. Once released, the client can program positive and empowering beliefs into the sub-conscious mind. As a result, it allows feelings of strength, joy and peace to be experienced in more situations throughout life.
It can be enthralling to find the source of beliefs we have created and have shaped our life, discover how they were formed, whether as adults, young children, or even while still in the mother's womb.
Sometimes unresolved trauma can be passed down through the genes via our parents and ancestral clearing can become necessary. Current Life regression and Inner Child Regression Therapy can help with this process.
While in trance, we can more easily access a wiser part of us. This is sometimes referred to as the higher self, the wise mind, inner self or the Soul.
The good news is, by visiting the subconscious memory, using Inner Child and Current Life Regression, we can explore how this subconscious belief was formed, and transform the memory to a new one that is empowering. Most people will recall all that occurred during their session so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
During the session the only thing to do is to be present, it is better not to try to analyze or try to remember what is going. You are going to access your subconscious space in yourself, and this is happening because you are allowing yourself to access that space without the layers of criticism of your mind which spontaneously is happening once you have given yourself permission to do so.
Let yourself relax and to go through the process.
We will also have a time to refer to your session afterwards. I encourage my clients to have some time after the session to drink water and journal, even take a walk if possible. You might have more insights about what happened during your session in the days, weeks and month to come.
Yes, and we will create a clear intention for your session to most benefit from it.
I call this session a getting to know you more, past life tourism or going to a past life that your higher self will choose for you to explore a positive learning.
You do not need to believe in past life or reincarnation for the therapeutic process to work.
Ways to interpretate this type of therapy:
Your intuition is creating a story or a metaphore to support you through a process of healing and right understanding about the reason you are coming for the session.
The great thing is this therapy works and you can choose to interpret the session in any way that feels right for you.
Each person responds quite differently to this work, and I often have a better idea of what is needed after the first session.
I would allow between 3 to 5 sessions for a specific emotional issue. Usually, a significant shift will be noticeable after just 1-2 sessions as we are going straight to the source of the issue and clearing it at source.
People suffering with depression may notice feeling a heaviness lifting after a few sessions. Clients suffering from a lack of confidence have suddenly found themselves more outgoing and really enjoying life. Many phobias can be shifted in just one or two sessions.
For deeper work such as depression or PTSD, more work may be needed.
The number of sessions will be assessed on an individual basis depending on the nature of the issue and how the client responds. Ultimately, we will be assessing how your reactions to life’s triggers are improving.

When we have our first session, we will take 15 to 25 minutes to go over the reason/s for the session.
Often, clients share that they have been in traditional therapy for many years and their issues were resolved in an handful of sessions.
Did you know the first 7 years of our life’s we are like a sponge; we absorb all we see, experience, hear and touch? Yes, we begin to form our personality, already at this young age to become who we are today.
It is during this time that many of our beliefs are formed, programmed into our subconscious mind. Some of these beliefs may be positive and others may be responsible for feelings that result in confusion, pain, sadness and suffering. And some could be carried from other lifetimes.
In our daily life as a child, teen, young adults and adults, we may be unaware what many of our old, programmed beliefs are and how they were formed, especially the ones holding us back and causing us pain and suffering.
